Apply Toothpaste - Use your regular toothpaste and turn ISSA 2 on.
Brush - Brush your teeth in the same way as you would with a manual toothbrush for 2 minutes using circular movements.
Rinse - Rinse* your mouth and ISSA 2 with water.
*Do not rinse with water if your toothpaste contains fluoride.

Tongue Cleaner - Use the ISSA Tongue Cleaner to finish your oral-care routine.
