PRODUCTS FOR UNEVEN SKIN TEXTURE

When you have uneven skin texture your skin will probably feel rough, course, dull or dry. It may look a little bumpy and flakey as well. You could also have sun damage that shows up as sun spots and patches on your skin. 

What causes uneven skin texture

• Usually the main reasons for an uneven skin texture is that you have an excess amount of dead built up and need to exfoliate. Exfoliating will help relieve the bumpy looking patches and flakiness that occurs.
• Another cause could be dryness in the skin. Your skin may be lacking moisture and water causing it to look dull and rough. This often happens due to environmental stress. When the weather changes or over exposure to the sun can both cause your skin texture to change.
• Other causes of skin texture changes could be rosacea, eczema, dermatitis, sun damage and broken capillaries. 

Tips to help with your skin texture

• Exfoliate 2 - 3 times a week to help prevent dead skin cells from building up. 
• Microdermabrasion and chemical peels on a regular basis can dramatically improve the appearance of your skin texture.
• Wear SPF every single day. Protecting your skin from the sun will not only help your skin texture but prevent ageing as well. 
• Drink plenty of water and get a full night's sleep.
