The 3D Lip Plumping Treatment from Instant Effects is a no-sting gloss that glides onto the lips and plumps the lips by 20%*. The treatment gives the lips a smoother and fuller appearance whilst enhancing the lip colour. These effects last four days.

After cleansing, apply Triple Complex Eye Lift to the under-eye area by delicately dabbing serum into the skin. Do not rub in.
