Returns Information

RETURNS INFORMATION

Please contact us before returning any item on 01172 900 230 or email: returns@beautology.co.uk.

We will need:

  1. Your Name
  2. Product Order Number
  3. Reason for the return

We will then provide you with a Return Slip and Pre-paid Postage

Changed your Mind

You can only return an item if it has not been opened or used. This must be returned within 14 days of the order.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued once we have received back the unopened products.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product is damaged or faulty, please contact us on 0117 2900 230 or returns@beautology.co.uk within 24hrs of receipt of goods, with full details of the issue, along with photographs of all packaging and contents.

If you believe you have a product with a faulty pump, please contact us on 0117 2900 230 or returns@beautology.co.uk before returning an item. In many cases it will just be an airlock in the bottle, and we can explain how to release this and get the pump working as normal.

Missing or Incorrect Products

If you believe that an item you have receive is incorrect or missing, please contact us on 0117 2900 230 or returns@beautology.co.uk within 24hrs of receipt of your package

Beautology cannot accept responsibility for damages / shortages / incorrect products reported after the stated 24 hour period.

Refused / Undeliverable Packages

In the case of a parcel being returned to Beautology due to an incorrect delivery address or other reason, a re-delivery cost will be charged.

The costs for this are as follows; £4.50 for UK delivery, £15 for European delivery (within the EU). Customers will be contacted via email should a parcel be returned to us.

Reactions to Products

Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to patch test any product prior to use.

If you have followed the above process but feel that you have had a reaction to a product, please immediately report this in writing to Beautology at reactions@beautology.co.uk within 24hrs of the occurrence.

We will need:

  1. Your Name
  2. Product Order Number
  3. Details about the reaction
  4. Photographs of the effected area

Depending on the issue, the item(s) may need to be sent back to the manufacturer for testing, in which case, we will provide you with a Return Slip and Pre-paid Postage.
