Thank you for completing our Returns Form
1) Please make sure that you have sent any Photographs of:
- any damaged or faulty goods, including packaging
- any allergic reactions
2) Within 48 hours you will receive a ‘confirmation email’ to inform you whether the returns conditions have been met. If the conditions have been complied with the confirmation email will contain a pre-paid ‘Return Slip’. Print this slip out.
3) Place the (i) item and (ii) the delivery note into a suitable package for postage
4) Attach the prepaid ‘returns slip’ to the outside of the package.
5) Take a photo of the Receipt of postage and email it to: ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’
6) Send the package to:

Once the package has been received we will process the refund or replacement item within 48 hours.
Refunds may take 7-10 days to be credited to your original method of payment.

Further Returns Conditions:
- Returns sent without the confirmation or paperwork will not be accepted
- The item must be returned within 5 days from the ‘Confirmation Email’.
- Please read the specific T&Cs for the various ‘return reasons’.
- Faulty pumps often have airlocks in the bottle caused by the transportation and can easily be resolved. In such a case please contact 0117 2900 230 for the ‘How To’ procedure to get it working properly.
- All returned products must be sealed, unopened, unused and fit for resale.
- We cannot accept responsibility for items returned that are lost in transit unless the tracked delivery service is used and the ‘receipt of postage’ giving proof of postage is emailed to us.
- Refunds or replacements will only be processed upon the goods being received by the company
- Any products purchased ‘in clinic’ must be returned to the clinic
- Beautology reserves the right in exceptional circumstances (eg. where it is believed the customer maliciously purchased the item with the intention of returning) to deny the product return request
- Delivery costs of the initial delivery will not be refunded
- Once a refund has been made a confirmation email will be sent to the customer
- Refunds will only be made to the original method of payment
- FREE cost of returns are for UK returns only
- Refunds are made in British pounds
- Any customers not from the UK are responsible for any exchange rate charges
- Customers are responsible for any bank or credit card charges
